Join us for a kosher wine and challah tasting (gluten-free and alcohol-free options available), and simple, meaningful ways to bring more intention and connection into Shabbat in the new year — for yourself, as a couple, or with the whole family.

Kicking off Living Mussar's newest program, inspired by the book The Shabbat Effect, this evening brings short teachings from founder Julie Dean and Living Mussar facilitators on Shabbat as a catalyst for growth, plus a candle-lighting and tzedakah practice to add depth and joy to your Friday nights.

Decorate your own tzedakah box to take home alongside a Shabbat swag bag with candles and middot (character trait) intention cards, and meet the people behind our va'adot (small learning groups).

As a part of this lovely and meaningful evening, Top Ten Liquors and Royal Wine are teaming up for a kosher wine tasting you won't want to miss! Sample standout pours from Bartenura, Herzog, and Barkan, meet the experts behind the bottles, and discover your next favorite kosher wine, all in one night.

Ceramic artist Debbie Wolk will guide you through the process from start to finish, with plenty of samples and design inspiration available.
